Brewed since 2001, It’s delicate cranberry flavor gave it the perfect sweetness-acidity balance.

STYLE: Unibroue-style White ale with cranberries. 5.5% ABV.

APPEARANCE: Blond color. 3-finger height, white colored head is creamy dense, and leaves soapy lacing on the sides of the glass during consumption.

AROMA: Bready Unibroue yeast, whiteflowers, spices, white pepper, macerated cranberry skin.

FLAVOR: Moderate tartness of cranberry skin and flesh, spices, herbs. light yeast phenols.

MOUTHFEEL: Moderate plus carbonation, light bodied, tickles the entire mouth with its refreshing acidity. The tartness of the cranberry juice lingers moderately.

IMPRESSION: We were able to enjoy this at a pre-market release opportunity back in December 2014 courtesy of Unibroue. Super refreshing, the flavors compliment a Thanksgiving meal very well. Not currently brewed, if you can find any bottles, grab them!
